Reslix
Engineered lignin nanoparticles enabling controlled delivery of stress-modulating compounds in crops.
Reslix is a lignin based nanoparticle platform made from agricultural waste such as olive pomace. It addresses crop stress by improving the delivery, stability, and effectiveness of stress mitigating compounds under drought, salinity, and heat. Unlike conventional fertilizers or biostimulants, Reslix does not act as a passive input. It functions as a controlled delivery system with added antioxidant properties from lignin’s natural phenolic structure. This allows better protection, release, and uptake of micronutrients or phytohormones, especially during early plant growth. Its uniqueness lies in combining waste valorization, nanomaterial engineering, and plant stress management in one scalable platform.
